A hit-and-run suspect may soon be out of prison.

Wednesday, a judge set bond for 42-year-old Fidel Garcia at $25,000. He was previously being held at the Criminal Justice Center without bond for the June hit-and-run death of Elizabeth Marshall, 31. He received a new charge related to the crash earlier this year, which led to the decision to hold him without bond. He'd previously bonded out on a $75,000 bond.

Marshall was hit by a car on June 19 on the 2100 block of Platte in Colorado Springs. Garcia turned himself in a few weeks later and now faces charges.

Garcia will be in court again on December 4.
