Friday is the deadline for anyone in Colorado who needs to sign up for health insurance by the start of the new year.
It's through "Connect for Health Colorado," and it's for anyone who needs health care coverage beginning Jan. 1.
The original deadline was this past Monday, but was extended after the White House gave consumers in the U.S. without insurance more time to sign up.
Colorado's call center will open all day Friday. You can call 855-752-6749 or 303-590-9675 if currently outside the United States. You can also sign up through the website; the link is available on the side of this page.
People who have already signed up need to make their first premium payment by Jan. 10.
You have until Jan. 15 to apply for coverage that begins Feb. 1. Open enrollment will end on March 31.
