Two people have been charged with arson after police say there was a hash oil explosion inside their apartment.
It happened early Friday morning on 337 Pilot Knob Ave. in Manitou Springs.
When officers arrived on scene they say several windows in the apartment had been blown out.
The tenants, Audrey Horowitz, 23, and Michael Austin, 18, said they were sleeping when they heard the explosion. A 3-year-old girl was inside the apartment as well. Nobody was hurt.
Charges include 1st Degree Arson, Reckless Endangerment and Child Abuse.
