The Outpost Harley Davidson building collapsed this morning due to heavy winds.
The city of Pueblo Fire Department say they responded at 7 a.m. after employees, who were in the building, reported that the front wall was beginning to separate from the structure.
The front facade wall, from the second floor through the roof, was completely torn off the building just after 8 a.m. and was witnessed by emergency crews already on scene.
No injuries have been reported, although employees were in the building when the initial wind damage occurred.
Crews say damage to the front of the store is extensive. Wind gusts of up to 62 mph were reported in Pueblo at the time of the damage and sustained winds were more than 40 mph.
Construction workers at the store have successfully contained the damage to the building and the 5000 block of North Elizabeth Street has been reopened.
The building is expected to be closed until repairs can be made and the building can be examined for structural issues.
