A small fire burning in Pueblo is now under control.

Authorities say the fire, which burned several acres near 2nd and Erie, is mostly out, though are some remaining hot spots. The Pueblo Fire Department tore down at the site Tuesday night, but kept a crew in place to watch it.

No structures were ever threatened, and no one was injured.

At this time, the fire department has not released any further information, including how the fire may have started.
