The husband of former U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords will be in Denver Monday for the gun control debate.
Mark Kelly will testify in support of a bill requiring all private gun sales and transfers to undergo a background check.
That bill is not alone; a few other bills are also for debate in the Colorado legislature Monday:
-Limiting high-capacity magazines to 15 rounds
-Banning concealed weapons on public college campuses
-Making gun buyers pay for background checks
