Police in Fountain and Colorado Springs are investigating a stabbing overnight.
Springs police were called to the 1900 block of Chelton just after 2 a.m. on reports of a stabbing. The 25-year-old victim was taken to the hospital after found with a stab wound on his torso.
Further investigation revealed that the stabbing actually occurred in Fountain, on the 700 block of Progress Drive. Fountain police have since taken over the investigation.
11 News has placed calls to officers from both police departments, and have been told no further information is available yet, but will be forthcoming. Keep checking here for updates.
