A small grass fire in Huerfano County is close to being completely under control.
Authorities say the Four Mile Canyon Fire is 100 percent contained and 99 percent controlled.
The fire was first reported around 2:30 p.m. Monday and burned about two acres near the Blackhawk Ranch subdivision south of Walsenburg. The subdivision was put on pre-evacuation status, but no homes were ever threatened. The pre-evacuation status was lifted Monday night.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
