Drivers who use the Fillmore and Centennial intersection are going to have to find an alternate route, starting Friday night.
Crews are installing the last stretch of pipe on Fillmore as part of a huge drought mitigation project. From Friday evening through Monday, Dec. 30, drivers will not be able to turn onto Centennial from Fillmore.
Fillmore will also be down to one direction each way until New Year's Eve.
Customers can still access the shopping center at the corner of Fillmore and Centennial; they can enter through the entrance just to the west of the Fillmore/Centennial intersection. But for those trying to travel anywhere else on Centennial, they will have to go down to Garden of the Gods Road and access Centennial from there.
