A large brawl broke out on an overlook at Garden of the Gods park, leaving two injured.
Police were called to the park at 8:35 p.m. Monday. When they got there, most of the people involved in the fight had taken off. The two injured men were still at the scene.
Witnesses told officers that two of the people involved in the fight were carrying either tire tools or crow bars. Police say the more seriously injured of the two victims suffered blunt force trauma and was also stabbed.
At this time, police have not made any arrests. They say there were at least five people who took part in the fight, and all involved were between 20 and 22 years old. A green Jeep Cherokee was seen driving away just before officers got to the park.
