Morning Snow Showers Ending Soon

Light snow showers and flurries have remained persistent south of Colorado Springs this morning. We are expecting this batch of light snow to end by the noon hour. Until then, watch out for some slick spots on I-25 south of Colorado Springs and on HWY 50 from Canon City to Fowler. The rest of the day will be marked by unseasonably cold temperatures in the 20s and 30s.

Another round of flurries and light snow showers will impact the Pikes Peak Region tonight. Once again, this could lead to some icy spots for the Wednesday morning drive.
