Fatal Crash Suspect Hears Charges Against Her

A woman accused of using prescription drugs before causing a fatal accident was in front of a judge on Wednesday.

Reygan Long, 33, was also driving with a revoked license at the time of the crash.

She is facing many charges, including two felony counts of vehicular assault and two counts of child abuse because she had two children in the back of her car at the time of the crash. Neither child was injured.

These charges come after she allegedly crashed into a motorcyclist on October 13 on I-25 south of Fountain.

The man driving the motorcycle was identified as 61-year old David Cisneros who died after being airlifted to Memorial Hospital.

Long had her advisement hearing Wednesday; 11 News tried to speak with her afterwards but she declined to comment.

Long declined the option for a public defender, saying she already has an attorney.

She is due back in court on November 4.
