School Searched After Bomb Threat

By  |

It may be a little nerve-wracking for some kids in southern Colorado to go back to school Wednesday.

Students at Avery Parsons Elementary in Buena Vista were evacuated Tuesday afternoon because of a bomb threat.

The threat was made about 40 minutes before school was going to be dismissed.

Investigators won't say exactly what the threat was or how the threat was made.

They told us they didn't find anything when they searched the school.
