The power is back on for hundreds of customers after a dump truck crashed into a transformer box and caught fire.

The crash happened Wednesday evening in the Rockrimmon neighborhood in Colorado Springs.

We're told no one was inside the dump truck when it crashed. Police say it was parked in a field about an eighth of a mile away and rolled into the transformer. The crash started a fire, and then the dump truck exploded.

Police say they're working to track down the owner of the dump truck because they have a lot of questions. They need to find out why the truck rolled--was it carelessness or did someone do this intentionally?

Police tell us no one was injured, which is just unbelievable when you consider the damage caused by the explosion and fire.
