While most of the snow should be done by morning, roads will still be slick. Take it slow during the morning commute! Look for slightly warmer temperatures and more sunshine this afternoon. For complete details click on the 'Weather' tab!
A former Denver sheriff's deputy is being sentenced for helping an inmate escape from jail.
Matthew Andrews faces up to six years in prison at Friday's court hearing. He pleaded guilty to a felony charge of attempting to influence a public servant in November.
Prosecutors say he helped Felix Trujillo walk out of jail in a sheriff's deputy's baseball cap and jacket and then drove him away in April.
Investigators say Andrews told co-workers he helped with the escape because he and his family had been threatened.
Trujillo later surrendered. He was sentenced to 34 years in prison after pleading guilty to both the escape and the robbery he was in jail for at the time of his escape.
