A man accused of targeting a young girl on Facebook has been arrested and has already bonded out of jail.
Police say that Zackary Seigel was arrested today in Summit County.
According to court documents, Zackary Seigel was allegedly speaking to a 12-year-old girl on Facebook. Police say that the girl's father was checking on her Facebook account and discovered that the two had exchanged nude pictures.
The girl later told police that they had started to hang out when she got out of school, and eventually had sex in his apartment.
Police eventually located Seigel and asked him to come speak with them. He told them he was in Boulder and would call them when he returned to Colorado Springs.
Police located him today in Summit County, and took him into custody.
