A southern Colorado community is mourning the loss of three of its members.
Health care professionals were on hand Thursday to help those trying to cope with the loss.
Erik Tingey drowned June 2. Lea Porter disappeared June 5. An acquaintance has allegedly confessed to her murder, although her body has not been recovered. Dalton Cobler was this year's valedictorian at Florence High School. Cobler took his own life, according to the district.
11 News spoke to a former classmate of Tingey and who said she knew all three victims.
"It's really sad, it's definitely sad, because you know someone like that has the potential to move on, and do greater things outside of Florence, Colorado," Dawn Robinson said.
The West Central Mental Health Center has a 24-hour hotline in Fremont County. That number is 719-275-2351.
