Firefighters tell us that four children started two small fires: one by a trail on Whetstone and Austin Bluffs, and another at Dublin and Austin Bluffs.

The first fire blew itself out and the second was put out by firefighters.

While firefighters were responding to the first call, they got a call for the second fire and saw the kids run into a Subway.

They found three of those children, but one is still on the loose.

The step-father of one of the kids tells 11 News that the children were taken by police car to one of the CSPD substations, where they were processed and charged with a misdemeanor.

The children will have to go to a class about starting fires.
