New numbers out Wednesday show Colorado is outpacing the nation when it comes to people signing up for health care plans under the Affordable Care Act.
Nearly 208,000 Coloradans have signed up since October. That's 120 percent of target enrollment. Nationally, enrollment is about 75 percent of enrollment.

"I think the quality of our state program is exceptional. I think they did a great job setting up the system and the enrollment process."
Open enrollment for private insurance ends March 31.
