A Colorado Springs businessman has been sentenced to 90 days in jail and 10 years probation for theft and criminal mischief.
Greg Ehnes was at the center of an 11 Call for Action Investigation that exposed complaints by customers of Springs Transmissions and Automotive. Those complaints ranged from people who said Ehnes refused to return their vehicles, to repairs that were done incorrectly to theft.
Today, the judge said that Ehnes will also have to pay restitution to his victims and will not be allowed to work in the automotive field again. If Ehnes doesn't comply, he could go to prison.
His restitution hearing is set for Friday, May 2nd.
