Two people have been sent to the hospital after a car struck them in the parking lot of a Springs bar after a large fight erupted early Sunday morning.

Around 2 a.m. a fight broke out in the parking lot of the Yukon Tavern at 525 S. Circle Drive. The men involved in the fight then got into a dark-colored Subaru and hit a male pedestrian on their way out of the parking lot.

As a crowd gathered around the injured man, a second vehicle--a white late-model Pontiac--crashed into the crowd. Two people in that group were sent to the hospital with minor injuries. Police say the worst of the injuries was a broken leg.

The victim in the first collision left the scene before officers arrived. His condition is unknown.

Both drivers left the scene before police could arrive. If you saw either incident or know anything about them, give police a call at 719-444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 719-634-STOP.
