Burglar Gets Away with $2,500 Worth of Cigarettes

Police are asking for help identifying a suspect they say burglarized a local convenience store and made off with about $2,500 worth of merchandise.

The break-in happened at 3:40a.m. June 20 at the Loaf n Jug located on the 4000 block of Jerry Murphy Rd. in Pueblo.

Police responded to the alarm and say they found the front door had been broken. They searched the building after getting a warrant, but didn't find anyone.

The burglary was caught on a surveillance camera. Police say it shows the suspect breaking the glass and entering the store.

The man got away with $2,500.00 worth of cigarettes.

The suspect was wearing a blue hoodie, face mask, blue jeans, black shoes and gloves.
