Foul play is not suspected in the death of a person found in an alleyway on the southeast side of the Springs.
The body was found Friday morning in the alley that runs behind the All Work and No Play Barbershop and the Sherwin Williams paint shop on the 800 block of North Circle, near Galley.
The reporting party spotted the man "slumped over, head on his knees," according to police spokeswoman Barbara Miller, but did not want to approach him until police got there. Once authorities arrived it was determined he had died prior to officers arriving.
Police do not suspect foul play, but have sent his body to the coroner for an autopsy.
