They are called the "trash talking bandits" and authorities believe they are responsible for stealing a million and a half dollars. That's the largest amount ever stolen in Colorado, according to the FBI.

The bandits are proving to be more than just aggressive with their words. They are accused of putting their guns to the necks of bank employees and even pointing a gun at a five year old boy.

Most recently, the duo is suspected of robbing a Wells Fargo in Wheat Ridge. They got away with more than half a million dollars in that instance, and then torched their stolen get away car to destroy the evidence.

The pair first struck about five months ago when they reportedly robbed another Wells Fargo. That one was in Westminster.

They got away with almost a million dollars, but, in a strange twist, about half a million dollars was returned through an attorney.

The attorney isn't saying who gave him the cash.

Investigators say they are concerned because the second heist was more violent than the first, and believe it's a sign that the robberies aren't going to stop.

The suspects are described as white or Hispanic, and between the ages of 18 and 30 years old. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
