A barbecue is to blame for a fire that got out of control Sunday on Pueblo's east side.
The flames spread to some trees and a fence before firefighters could extinguish the fire. Wind gusts Sunday clocked in at more than 40 mph at times, making it difficult to get the fire contained.
“They would get the under control, and then it would go back up," said neighbor Kayla Vigil.
Firefighters say the person who was barbecuing may face charges.
