Victim Cut With Knife During Argument About Panhandling

A woman is accused of cutting another person with a knife during an argument about panhandling.

It happened around 7:00 p.m. July 19 on the 100 block of North Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs.

Police say Idalia Espinoza cut the victim in the forearm during the argument.

Police located Espinoza and she was arrested about 9:30 p.m. She faces charges of 2nd degree assault.
