A man accused of groping a girl at the Chapel Hills Mall faces one count on sexual assault on a child.
Michael Hunter, 27, made a court appearance Monday morning. He is accused of grabbing a 12-year-old girl in an inappropriate manner inside the mall on September 15.
It was revealed in court that Hunter has lost his job, and will now qualify for a public defender.
