Armed Robbers Hit Palmer Lake Home

A terrifying night for one family in Palmer Lake when three armed men broke into their house early Wednesday morning.

The three suspects broke into the house on Gillia Street in Palmer Lake around 3 a.m. A man in the house woke up and confronted the suspects. The robbers hit the man with a gun and held him at gunpoint in the bedroom while a woman and her son were locked in the bathroom.

The suspects stole electronics and several medical marijuana plants from the home.

The man suffered minor injuries from the struggle. All three men were wearing black or grey sweatshirts and black bandannas.
