A man accused of videoing a college woman in the shower waived his right a a preliminary hearing Monday in an El Paso County courtroom.
Investigators say 24-year-old Andrew Browning admitted to trespassing in the dorm bathroom at Colorado College with a laptop.
He allegedly says he didn't take any pictures and that he was just looking.
Browning was arrested in early October when someone reportedly recognized him from surveillance photos on Facebook.
KKTV 11 News spoke with college student Peyton Harvey at the time of Browning's arrest. She said she caught him in the act.
"He was crouched by the nearest shower stall with his iPhone out, filming the person taking a shower," Harvey said.
Browning is charged with criminal trespassing, invasion of privacy and second degree burglary.
He'll enter a plea January 6th.
