John Martinez, 68, has now been formally charged with two felony counts of robbery.

This is the the alleged bank robber who led police straight to him after he reportedly walked right into the bank with a name tag on.

He'll be back in court Tuesday.

Court records say that the suspect walked into the north Denver bank on July 22 with the name "John" displayed prominently on the chest.
