An airman accused of recording video of a woman inside a bathroom without her consent has been found guilty.

Tech. Sgt Jose L Vuittonet Jr., was sentenced to four months in jail, and three months of hard labor.

Vuittonet is part of the 306th Flying Training Group. He is not a cadet at the Air Force Academy.

He was found guilty of taking video of a civilian woman without her clothes on inside a bathroom at a residence off AFA property. He was found not guilty on charges stemming from allegedly showing a female airman the video and engaging her in a sexual conversation.
