Accused Murderer Sentenced In Perjury, Witness Tampering Cases

An accused murderer was sentenced Wednesday in two separate cases involving perjury and witness tampering.

Bruce Nozolino was sentenced to 21 years in prison: 16 years on four counts of witness tampering and 5 years in the perjury case.

Nozolino is also awaiting trial for murder. In 2008 he allegedly shot and killed Richard Schreiner. According to court documents Schreiner was allegedly having an affair with Nozolino’s wife, which caused the pair to divorce in 2002.
