An accused flasher has been arrested after skipping out on court Wednesday, the district attorney's office confirms to 11 News.
Michael Hurd was arrested shortly after two warrants were issued for his arrest. 11 News has not learned where he was arrested.
This isn’t the first time police have charged Hurd with exposing himself to women.
We knew about cases here in Colorado Springs, but we have now learned of another case out of Monument.
When he missed his court appearance Wednesday, we stopped by the home address police put down for Michael Hurd on his arrest papers.
A woman answered the door and told us Hurd didn’t live there. She did admit to knowing him, but wouldn’t answer any more questions, like where she thought Hurd might be.
We asked neighbors if they’ve seen Hurd around their neighborhood near Powers and Woodmen before. They told us he lives at the house we stopped by off and on.
According to court papers, the 29-year-old admitted to exposing and touching himself in front of women at least seven different times, inside stores and at parking lots and parks.
