Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:

The Amber Alert for a missing two-year-old girl was canceled Wednesday afternoon. The girl was found safe.
The girl was last seen with 38-year-old Tonia Shetina in the area of Kiowa and Wahsatch between 10 and 11 p.m. Monday. Shetina is believed to be driving a 2000 green Honda Accord with Colorado temporary tag 592716K. Shetina is considered a person of interest in this case.
According to police, Essence's mother gave Shetina permission to take the girl with her, but asked that Shetina drop the girl off at her grandfather's home. She never showed up.
Police got a tip that the car Shetina was driving was in front of a house in Fountain. That's where police found the little girl.
