Rachel-how well do you really know this family. Today, one can live in the same house and not know a person due to not wanting to get too close and offend a person. Sorry if I can't shutup (must have hit a nerve of truth on that one) due to the ever increasing tragedies in the last 20 years with most in the last 5 years. Incompetent people are a plague to any society (especially if they are parents) (sorry DHS, YOUSUKBAD).

She was a horrible mother! I had to give her a bunch of baby stuff because she had him sleeping in a car seat! She had pictures up of him with a cigarette, pipe, beer and so cold he was blue! When I went to give her the baby stuff they were smoking and drinking with him sitting on the couch by himself in his car seat, and this was during the day. I called social services and showed the pictures to them but I dont know if they ever went there to do anything about it. She needs to be charged with something!

for one my ? is where was the mother of the child who was watching the kid why was he alone and able to fall off the third story if someone was watching the child none of this would have happened is the mother was responsible or whoever was watching the kid was not responsible enough to make sure none of this happened i think the investigation should be continued and further looked into
