Tim was a great guy, and I miss him. I know that if I went first, he'd have been at my funeral too. I'm pretty sure that none of the men in custody actually pulled the trigger on him, but it was a person he was with that accidently did. Tim lived for hours after his injury, and I believe maybe if the person who shot him would have called an ambulance immediatly and not ran to hide or call his girl to pick him up...then Tim would have had a better chance of surviving. We buried Tim, all his friends were there. We visit his resting place on his birthday, and he knows it.

Tim was not kicked out of the army for meth, I knew him and we were good friends. I wrote to him all the time while he was in Iraq. He got out of the Army on an honorable discharge and was going to school when he died. I won't say he never did drugs, but he never did meth and he had stopped using all drugs when he passed away.

to #13 I knew Tim Roath, he was a very good friend of mine. It just so happens that he was just tagging along for the night on the way to a party. He was friends with the people dealing drugs, not dealing or doing drugs himself. he did not deserve to die and how dare you speak ill of the dead.
