UPDATE: Power Restored to Most of Rocky Ford
The power has now been restored to most homes in Rocky Ford, after Black Hills Energy says an equipment failure in one of their substations on Thursday night caused a black-out.

The power has now been restored to most homes in Rocky Ford, after Black Hills Energy says an equipment failure in one of their substations on Thursday night caused a black-out. They continued to restore power to about two-dozen homes. Black Hills Energy says they don't yet know what caused the outage.
