(Indio California-AP) -- A California judge has refused to reduce the one million dollar bail set for a Colorado woman accused of planning the kidnapping of her son.

Thirty-eight-year-old Debra Rose has been charged with child abduction, felony burglary and felony assault for the abduction of her son, Nicholas Farber. He was taken by masked gunmen from his father's Palm Desert home on August 28th.

The boy was found safe with his mother three days later at a campground east of San Diego. Rose of Colorado Springs has pleaded
innocent.

Nicholas was the subject of a bitter custody dispute between Rose and Michael Farber who married in 1991 and divorced in 1996.
