An indictment for the University of Colorado in their sex scandal.
A report out Sunday morning says a grand jury has handed down an indictment on the use of prostitutes to lure football recruits. But it's still not known who has been indicted.
Among those who testified before the grand jury: head coach Gary Barnett, Director of Athletics Dick Tharp, several players, and escort service manager Pasha Cowan who claims a recruiting aide paid for 3 call girls to visit "very young, very athletic men".
This comes after a school commission concluded players did entice recruits with sex, drugs, and alcohol. But there was no evidence any school officials "knowingly sanctioned" the activities.
