Jeremy Bloom thought he'd had enough.
But University of Colorado officials now say the junior wide receiver has had a change of heart, and will appeal an NCAA ruling that effectively ended his college football career.
The N-C-A-A ruled Monday against granting Bloom a waiver, allowing him to continue playing football while accepting endorsements for skiing.
Head football coach Gary Barnett announced the ruling yesterday, and Bloom told relatives he didn't want to go through another appeals process.
Today, though, a different perspective.
Bloom says he owes it to his teammates, coaches and himself to fight to the end.
Bloom is currently in Chile with the U-S Ski Team.
An independent committee will hear the appeal sometime next week.
