After snowfall along the I-25 corridor Sunday be on the lookout for slick road conditions tonight and during your Monday morning commute. Some areas picked up several inches of snow through the day and, while additional snowfall is not expected to continue, snow packed and wet roadways will freeze overnight as temperatures drop into the teens. Bundle up and take it slow as you head out on the roads. Click on the 'Weather' tab for more...
Three federal terrorism inmates at the prison in Florence are challenging prison rules they say restrict too many of their rights. But the court fight hasn't led to any changes so far.
The one-time personal secretary for Osama bin Laden is serving a life sentence for conspiring in the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Africa.
Wadih El Hage arrived at the Florence prison in 2001, but claims he cannot watch television stations that broadcast news, lives in solitary confinement and cannot talk to other inmates.
In a federal court filing in Denver, El Hage says he's seen one month-old newspaper since he arrived, and that letters from his family sometimes take months to get through the FBI.
Meanwhile, inmate Ramzi Yousef is challenging conditions the Justice Department has ordered in Special Administrative Measures, or SAMs.
The measures are designed to increase controls on inmates deemed to be national security threats. There are currently 26 federal inmates under SAMs.
