Kobe Bryant is due in court Monday for the last of his pre-trial hearings in the sexual assault case against him.
However, some legal experts say they doubt the trial will go forward because too many things have already gone with the case, including the posting of sensitive documents on the internet.
The Eagle County District Attorney's office says they will proceed with the case.
Bryant's accuser filed a civil suit last week against the NBA star.
