A system producing heavy snow in the central mountains arrives in SE Colorado overnight Sunday into Monday bringing moisture, windy conditions and colder temperatures. Snow showers will be possible across the I-25 corridor to start the day. This system will produce bands of snow through the day Monday. Areas under these bands will see periods of heavy snowfall which, with windy conditions, could create travel difficulties. (Denver-AP) -- A Virginia federal judge has cleared the way for James Ujaama to be transferred to Seattle to face charges he attempted to set up a terrorist training camp.
The Denver native had his first public hearing in court Friday in Alexandria, Virginia. Ujaama had been held since his arrest in Denver last month on a federal material witness warrant.
The government said his testimony was to be part of a secret grand jury proceeding investigating terrorism.
A grand jury in Seattle on Wednesday indicted Ujaama for allegedly trying to set up the training camp near Bly, Oregon.
In a statement read by his lawyer after the hearing, Ujaama says his arrest amounts to his being kidnapped by criminals posing as statesmen.
