Minority Report

Air Force Academy superintendent, Lieutenant General John Rosa, says the Academy needs more help from Congress to boost it's minority enrollment.

About 75% of the students at the Academy are Congressionally appointed.

Rosa says representatives in high minority, inner city districts offer few, if any, prospective cadets.

Minorities make up about 33% of the nation's population but only about 20% of the latest incoming class at the Academy.
