It's been a mostly upsetting start to the March Madness Tournament, with the Kansas Jayhawks losing this weekend to Northern Iowa. The game busted a lot of the March Madness brackets.

It's been about six years since the overall number one seed in the tournament has lost in the second round. But it’s not all bad news as many top seeded teams are still in the game.

"A lot of people were upset and I understand," said Sage Enos, who was watching the tournament at Good Company Bar in Colorado Springs Sunday.

The biggest upset in the tournament came Saturday as the number Kansas was shoved out of the tournament by ninth seed Northern Iowa. "Once they got bumped out, there went my bracket," said an optimistic Marty Celano. "I've still got Kentucky going, so go Kentucky."

“It's a tournament of upsets, I'm getting upset just thinking about it," said Enos.

"We've still got a couple of number one seeds, but it'll be interesting to watch how it all comes out," said Celano.

March Madness will continue with the sweet sixteen starting Thursday on KKTV. For highlights and other updates you can click the sports tab at the top of this page, or click the NCAA Tournament box in the middle column on the KKTV.com homepage.
