Man Accidentally Shot at Denver Gun Show
A man is shot at the Tanner Gun Show in Denver Saturday afternoon. It happened when a loaded weapon went off while a prospective buyer was examining it.

A man is shot at the Tanner Gun Show in Denver Saturday afternoon. It happened when a loaded weapon went off while a prospective buyer was examining it.

Authorities have not released information about the victim, but witnesses say the man was shot in the chest.

He was taken to a local hospital. Witnesses say the two men were friends and the shooting was accidental.

I thought the guns at gun shows were required to be unloaded, which means the seller broke the law. Even if the two were friends; even if it was an accident; the seller will more than likely be charged, if for no other reason than HE'S AN IDIOT.

And with the BAFT cracking down on gun shows (for our benefit, of course) this gives them more ammunition (pun intended.)

Not old enough nor responsible enough to handle/be around guns. Period. Security failed. Vendor failed. Customer failed. End of story.
