Three juveniles have been arrested for beating up a woman and stealing her car. This after the woman thought she was helping the juveniles out by giving them a ride home.

Police say just before one o’clock Saturday morning a 35-year-old female was entering King Soopers when she was approached by three juveniles; a male and two females. They told the woman they were stranded and asked for a ride home. The woman agreed, but told them she had to do shopping first. After shopping, she left the store and the juveniles were still there. The woman took them to the Winfield Apartments at 5400 Grantsville Grove. They then asked her if she would come to their apartment to confirm to their parents the story of them being stranded. She agreed and was led around a building on a grassy area. She was then struck in the head two times, when she fell to the ground the juveniles reportedly kicked her several times. The victim was told to stay on the ground or she would be killed while her keys were taken forcibly from her. The juveniles ran off and stole the victim's car, a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe. The victim contacted an apartment resident who called police.

Officer Griffin spotted the vehicle approximately one mile from the scene and was able to stop it near Charlotte Parkway and Anna Lee Way.

The three juveniles; a 17 year old male, a 14 and a 12 year old female, were taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Robbery and Second Degree Assault.

A hammer was recovered from the male suspect, and is believed to have been used in the assault.

No serious injury was sustained by the victim. She was treated and released from a local hospital.

First, all you should know the facts first. The 12 year old was with her brother and they were supposed to be at a friends house. Yes they were wrong but believe me they were raised in a stable home environment. SO YOU CAN ALL GO STRAIGHT TO HELL>>>>>>

Yes these kids r guilty. Still teens may sneak out or even lie 2 their parents, we all have done it. So its not the parents fault. Has anyone stop 2 think it may be a single parent home.

Why is a 12 year old hanging out with a 17 year old in the middle of the night? All three kids should go to jail for a long time for the multiple felonies they committed. Hitting someone in the head with a hammer .... I hope attempted murder is on the list of charges. At the very least, all three should be tried as adults.
