State Patrol says two people were injured in a large accident on I-25 near Larkspur early Saturday that involved 16 cars.
One person was flown to Swedish Medical Center in Denver. Another was taken by ambulance to a Denver hospital.
The interstate was closed for a couple hours because of the crash and traffic was backed up for miles.
Troopers say they are still investigating what caused the crash. Weather may have been a factor as the roads were icy, slushy and wet.
