Colorado Springs police went door-to-door on Thursday, passing out flyers to local businesses. They’re asking the public for their help for information about the murder of a Colorado Springs mother.

Yong Glenn was killed a week and a half ago at her tailor shop, Yong’s Tailoring. Her attacker is still on the loose.

“I was really shocked. I couldn't believe it because I thought that the neighborhood was safe," Glenn’s son, Matt, tells 11 News.

“She was probably one of the most generous people who ever lived," says Esther, Glenn’s youngest and only daughter.

"She was always looking to help people out. She was always happy and looking to do anything she could for anybody else. She was really selfless," says Matt.

On Monday, March 8th, Glenn was found shot-to-death inside her tailoring business that's been on the corner of Academy and Maizeland for a year and a half. Her car, a 2001 Gold Nissan Pathfinder with Colorado license plate 584-OMI, was stolen. Police suspect it was used as the getaway car by the suspect or suspects.

“At this point, we're looking at everything as a potential motive. We are looking at personal affiliation that possibly the suspect knew her. We're looking at robbery as a possible motive," says Colorado Springs Police Sgt. Jeff Jensen. Finding the car, Jensen says, is a key piece of evidence.
