A 23-year-old woman was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to falsely accusing a Parker police officer of beating and raping her.

Emily Petersen was also ordered Monday to complete 100 hours of public service and pay more than $6,000 for the costs of the investigation. The Douglas County Sheriff's office says Petersen had accused an officer of sexually assaulting her last summer during the Parker Days event.

She also faced charges of forgery and attempt to influence a public servant but those were dropped in exchange for her guilty plea.

My husband and the dad of our nine-year-old son is in prison right now because when we were younger and briefly separated he met a woman and they had sex the first night. He didn't want to establish a relationship with her after the act and she went to the police and accused him of rape about 2 days later. She was even laughing in the jailhouse. The officers in the booking precinct beat him up so bad that he was hospitalized before going to county jail. He stayed in the county for over 2 years where he was finally sentenced to 9 years after resorting to pleading guilty. He was led to believe that he'll only serve about a year and a half after but he's not up for parole until 2012. THESE ACCUSATION EFFECT REAL PEOPLE AND THOSE THEY LOVE:(
